About the fund

The Student Graduation Award Fund will support you in the following way:
- The cost of gown hire will be made via a BACs reimbursement
- The cost of photograph packages (if requested) will be made via a BACs reimbursement
- The cost of travel will be reimbursed via a BACs payment assuming that travel receipts are provided within the deadline provided
- Travel costs will only be reimbursed up to a total of £100 per student

To apply to this fund you need to be:
-Arden University Student
-IMD category 1 or 2: this is determined by your postal address (Arden University will check this)
-Household income below £25,000
-You attend your graduation ceremony

Please note that as part of the application process, you will only be asked to submit your travel expenses AFTER you have attended graduation.
Please do not try and provide evidence ahead of time.
Please be aware that you can only receive up to a maximum of £100 reimbursement. If your travel costs exceed this you will not receive the full amount of your travel costs.

You must complete and submit this application by the 29th May 2024. Any applications received after this time will not be administered.
