About the fund

Goldsmiths, University of London is a global community representing many faith and cultural traditions. The University is committed to supporting faith communities, activities, religious festivals and celebrations, as well as building relationships between them.

The aims of the Multi-Faith fund are to:

◼ Promote Inter faith activities such as Inter Faith Week
◼ Promote faith inclusion
◼ Increase the visibility of faith activities on campus
◼ Bring different faith communities together
◼ Increase the breadth of different faith festivals celebrated through the academic year
◼ Enhance the inclusivity of minority faith groups, particularly those who are not represented by Student Union societies and communities
◼ Enhance a sense of community and belonging for all staff and students
◼ Build relationships with faith communities in the wider community around Goldsmiths
◼ Support existing faith societies and communities with their activities on behalf of the University community
◼Support the development of peer to peer pastoral and wellbeing support
